Buy Costumes Online, Fancy Dress Costumes, Halloween Costumes

When you buy costumes online… as opposed to when you buy costumes from an actual physical shop, you are going to do yourself a huge favour.  Usually when you head off on your mission to buy costumes at a fancy dress shop, you more or less end up buying costumes in the first shop you walk past.  You don’t know any better and you think that they are all the same and that all the costumes at this shop will be the same at all the other costume shops.  Oh, you poor misguided creature.
 
Or you go to your local fancy dress costume shop -  the tried and true, good ol’ faithful… the shop you always go to when its time to buy costumes.  You haven’t noticed that all they sell are cheap, tacky rubbish that barely resemble the characters you are trying to buy costumes to look like.  They are made from poor quality materials and they are nine times out of ten: ill-fitting crap!
 
I’ve seen people buy costumes such as Spiderman, who we know is usually a bright red lycra body-hugging suit… right?  Wrong.  Not this one.  My friend appeared at the fancy dress party after buying his costume from some makeshift shop… and his Spiderman suit was purple!  Not only was it purple, but it was loose and his eye holes weren’t where his eyes were supposed to be.  He spent the entire night at the party adjusting himself and fiddling with his anatomically incorrect face mask.
 
My brother went to a shop where you buy costumes to get an Easter Bunny suit one year.  He arrived at the party to surprise his kids and all their friends, wearing the most hideous Easter Bunny suit we have ever seen.  Everything drooped… his ears, his tail, his tummy and even his whiskers!  That saggy baggy bunny looked depressed - not jolly.  Instead of hippity hop – it was more of a hippity flop!
 
So the moral of the story is to buy costumes on the internet.  Save yourself the stress of driving round from shop to shop and ending up in a ridiculous knock-off costume that will make you look like you just don’t care.  Buy costumes online and you can pick and choose.  Browse the websites properly, take your time or maybe do it with a friend or a partner…work out what you’re all going as…maybe do a team event?  The variety when you buy costumes online is massive.  And you never know… you could end up with something unique, interesting, witty or even clever.  So clever in fact, you’ll hear people at party in their ugly bunny suits saying ‘oh, I wish Id thought of that’!
